Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Roseek (“we”) provides a web app for Roblox game discovery metrics (Potential, Trending, Blowups, retention, geo, marketplace, and API). Contact via Discord: discord.gg/fDBZTnDPew.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, password hash (not plain password), optional display name, role, access grants.
- Usage / security: IP address, user-agent, request paths, rate-limit and abuse logs (warnings/bans).
- Session cookies: HttpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in; optional ops cookie for staff console.
- Payment: payments are handled via Discord / manual process — we do not store card numbers on this site.
- Game metrics: public Roblox-related metrics we collect for the product database (not personal data about you).
- Ads (free pages only): if Google AdSense or house ads are enabled on the public landing page, ad partners may collect device/cookie data under their policies. Paid Pro users do not see ads in the app.
3. How we use data
- Provide accounts, Pro access, and the product UI.
- Prevent abuse: rate limits, warn/ban for scraping or attacks.
- Support and billing via Discord tickets.
- Improve reliability and security of the Service.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the core app. If you block cookies, login may not work.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, Cloudflare/CDN, Discord for support) as needed to run the Service, or if required by law.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Abuse/ban logs may be retained longer for security. You may request account deletion via Discord ticket.
7. Security
Passwords are stored with strong hashing (PBKDF2). We use rate limiting and access controls. No method is 100% secure; protect your password.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not sign up if you are under that age.
9. Your choices
- Update or delete account — contact us on Discord.
- Log out to clear session cookies from our side (browser may still store them until expiry).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. Material changes may be announced on Discord or the site.
