Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Roseek (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Roseek provides Roblox game discovery and research tools, including but not limited to:
- Live concurrent-user (CCU) tracking and snapshot history
- Potential ranks (Strong Buy / Buy / Watch / Pass)
- Trending (~24h CCU climbs), Trends now / Upcoming meta signals
- Radar / hidden-gem discovery, Alerts, Games catalog
- Blowup study tools, DevEx helpers, studio analytics
- D1/D7 retention estimates and audience / server geo insights
- Game marketplace listings and a Discord Server Bot
- Developer API with prepaid usage tokens
Data is derived from public Roblox APIs, third-party sources, and our own processing. Metrics can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Retention and geo insights are estimates (including public-server methods) and are not official Roblox Creator Hub analytics unless explicitly labeled as such. Nothing here is financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Paid access
Creating an account does not include paid Pro access. Current paid offerings include:
- Roseek Pro (e.g. $9/month) — full web app features listed above (no ads in the app)
- Server Bot (e.g. $3/month) — we invite the bot into your Discord server
- Developer API — prepaid usage tokens (e.g. from $5), balance drains as you call
Sales are via Discord ticket or other channels we announce. Access/invites are granted for a period we specify (including any promotional trial we grant manually). Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case. Access may be revoked for abuse or chargebacks.
5. Acceptable use — no scraping or resale
- Do not scrape, bulk-export, mirror, or resell our leaderboards, scores, Trending boards, retention/geo outputs, or APIs.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to harvest data beyond normal product use or authorized API use under your prepaid balance.
- Do not share Pro access outside your household/team without permission.
- Do not attack, DDoS, probe, or attempt to bypass rate limits, bans, or paywalls.
- Marketplace listings must be truthful; do not post fraud, stolen assets, or prohibited content.
We may rate-limit, issue progressive warnings (warn → warn → ban), suspend, or permanently ban IPs/accounts for scraping or other abuse.
6. Intellectual property
The Service UI, logo, rankings methodology, and software are owned by Roseek or our licensors. Roblox and game names/assets belong to their respective owners. Roseek is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a purpose. Game performance, ranks, Trending signals, retention, and geo data can change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or data misuse arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 30 days (if any).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate or restrict access for Terms violations, abuse, or operational reasons.
